As Chapter members:

Chapter Mission Statement

  • We are New Hampshire citizens who believe our democracy must work, and work for all.

  • We promote civic engagement to support cooperation among our leaders in all levels of government, especially Concord and Washington D.C.

  • ​We hold elected representatives accountable so they address our critical challenges.

Our Outreach Focus:

  • Outreach is our chapter focus, as individuals and as a group.

 

  • We strive to reach as many as we can, as efficiently and effectively as possible. 

  • We strive to make politics understandable.

  • We strive to hold representatives and candidates accountable to all of their constituents and our country.  

    • No Labels' progress to date has proven that commonsense core principles are agents of much-needed change.

Our Resources:

 

  • The national office of No Labels provides us with:

    • ideas and ideals that support an open and participatory democracy,

    • information about national to local initiatives of No Labels,

    • informational handout materials,

    • streamlined current events details and,

    • messaging, including motto's such as:   "Stop Fighting, Start Fixing."

 

  • These resources enable us to be informed ambassadors and advocates who can provide informational outreach to a wide variety of audiences.

Vol Roles

Outreach Facilitator

  • Be an ambassador for the ideas and ideals of No Labels. 

  • Talk with people about No Labels and related topics as an individual, or as part of our chapter, at chapter events.

  • Event responsibilities shared with other volunteers. 

  • 2-3 hours per event, plus travel time.

Event Presenter

  • Deliver speech & presentation (provided by the chapter.)

  • Facilitate follow-up Q&A.

  • Some events include hand outs of resource material, perhaps support quick citizen engagement activities. 

  • Event responsibilities shared with other volunteers. 

  • 2-3 hours per event, plus travel.

Event Coordinator

  • Create an outreach event for us! 

  • Arrange or help arrange event logistics.

  • Choose from topics available (click here) or create a custom agenda (contact us for suggestions.)

  • Coordinate with the chapter.

  • Invite others or advertise event as appropriate.

  • Checklist provided (click here).

  • Time required varies widely, estimate 10-12 hours total over several weeks duration.
