What is No Labels?

The group of people who say,

"Stop Fighting, Start Fixing!"

We are a broad coalition

of citizens who are

fighting to end

dysfunction in

government and politics.

That dysfunction has been causing

inaction and the

appearance of polarization.

Polls find more

unity than polarization, however.

  We are Democrats,

independents, and

Republicans

who are promoting

a new politics of

problem solving

across the country.

That idea, "a new politics," means

working together to solve problems.

The country is not served

by partisan conflict;  it is harmed.

The country is especially

harmed by the few who practice

"tribalism," the "us vs. them"

mentality expressed by

extreme ideologues.

When we look closely though,

many politicians and

elected representatives

are actively working together.

(See. for example, the

"Problem Solvers Caucus.")

No Labels supporters recognize that,

among other core principles,

a dialogue of democracy,

a spirit of bipartisanship, and

true respect for diverse opinions,

are necessary in politics,

and in government.

Stated another way,

all politicians and

elected representatives need to

"Stop Fighting, and, Start Fixing!"

Respecting these principles

will enable us to find

solutions that are

practical and enduring.

Unlike most political organizations,

No Labels is less focused on

specific policy outcomes

and more on the

dynamics which we believe

will lead to better policy solutions

out of Washington D.C. and from

 our state and local governments.

The national office of No Labels

actively and successfully fosters

bipartisanship in Washington D.C.

Their efforts formed the basis for the

Problem Solvers Caucus.

Voters also fight dysfunction by

holding their representatives

accountable to performance standards.

Use both your voice and your vote.

Tell representatives and

candidates to use No Labels'

New Politics of Problem Solving.
